Full Week Fitness Plan : Day -2

 So , here's the Second day (i.e. Tuesday ) Fitness Plan !


So we will we doing Ground Training Today..! but you guys must remember this thing that you should do proper warm-up and stretching excersises before performing any of my fitness plan !



a- Running - !5-20 Minutes

b-Sprints - 60m * 8-10 rounds 

c-Squat jumps 

d- Jump Lunges - 


e-Lateral Bounds 

f-Reverse lunge knee drives 

g- Kneeling Jumps 

h- Calf Jumps  



Perform 2-3 rounds of 10-14  reps of every exercises [ from point c to h]
