Full Week Fitness Plan : Day -1

 Welcome to a new blog !

This Blog is going to very special because in this particular I am going to share A full week Fitness plan (into 3 parts ) 

So Today I am covering the Days which are - Monday 




Day 1st ( Monday)  - Upper Body Strenght Workout

a- Bench Press - ( 4  sets * 12)

b-Barbell Rows -( 4  sets * 12)

c-Over head press - ( 4  sets * 12)

d - Deadlift - ( 4  sets * 12) 

e - Bicep Curls - ( 3 sets * 14 )

f- Close grip Triceps press -( 3 sets * 14 )

g- Single hand  landmine press - ( 3 sets * 14 )

h - Chest Supported Rows - ( 3 sets * 14 ) 

Then after these - 

a- do basic core exercises

b - proper cooling down and stretching

c - drink fluids during the workout and consume 4-5 litres of water through out the day
