* Its a Habbit to be fit and Healthy

* Being Physically fit means that doing a physical work i.e. daily chores in a efficient way and with less effort

A person who does daily chores , hir / her homework , meet home responsibilities , play sports , goes gym , do fitness and still at the end of the day have energy to do more is considered as a physically fit person!
