 Nowadays , People want to be Fit , is being Physically fit makes you fit ? or being only Mentally fit makes you Fit? 

Well the Answer is Big NO !! So Whats the KEY TO BE FIT ?

and the answer that you have to focus on both of the aspects [ Mental Health & Physical Health ]

Become Mentally Strong / Become Physically Strong / Become
Spiritually Strong 


So in this part we are going to talk about Physical aspect"

Following are the steps by which you can walk on the path of becoming physically fit and strong!


1- Improve your Routine

This is one of the most important step which is also the main step to attain physical fitness!

your routine should be healthy so that you can use your time eventually and be productive and energetic throughout the day :)

2- Good Sleep Cycle 

A healthy person have a good sleep cycle. He / She goes to bed early , on time and wakeup in the early morning and have a great 6-7 hours of sleep .

Having a good sleep helps in various aspects which we'll talk in any another blog!




3- Good Diet

Adding Veggies , Taking Proper balanced diet which have all nutrients in it.

Having only one cheat in a Month , eat anything on that day but only on that day!




4 - Exercise

I have putted this step at the end because if you follow those three steps sincerely that means you are ready to excerise!

Decide you time to excercise [ Morning or Evening]
